WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have ordered an item/s, you will receive a confirmation email from us to use in tracking the status of your order.
We will send another email to confirm that your order is on its way to you, including a date of expected shipping delivery. A link of your tracking order is also available, depending on the delivery method.
To know what is happening with your order, check its status from your order history section on your account page on the website.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can only request a change of order if it has not gone through shipping yet.
If your order status is preparing for shipping, shipping, or delivered, we cannot accommodate any change to your item/s.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship mainly to United States, Canada, Australia, and UK but also cater to all areas globally (Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.) via our partnership with USPS. No matter where you are, you can buy from us!
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, items may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, your order is definitely is on its way to you.
