We currently ship WORLDWIDE.

-HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once you have ordered an item/s, you will receive a confirmation email from us to use in tracking the status of your order. 

We will send another email to confirm that your order is on its way to you, including a date of expected shipping delivery. A link of your tracking order is also available, depending on the delivery method.

To know what is happening with your order, check its status from your order history section on your account page on the website.


-THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you’re buying from outside the U.S., particularly in Canada, your country’s customs department may hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation.

  • Canada’s customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if they hold your order up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

If your order is never released by customs, we’ll send you a replacement item.


-WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?

If you’re not home, there will be a new delivery the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your country and chosen delivery method.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.


-WILL I PAY TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Tax: All taxes and fees will be shouldered by you; we do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost- charges vary around the world.
